Movember is more than a mustache—it’s a movement to raise awareness around men’s health, and at Conscious Michiana, we’re proud to amplify voices in our community who are doing transformative work in this space. This year, we sat down with three local practitioners—Kevin Hieber of Restorative Spot, Luke Andresen of The Collective, and Prince Roc of Rooted in Balance—to explore their unique approaches to men’s wellness.

Kevin Hieber – Restorative Spot

Kevin’s journey began with a college football injury that led him to discover the healing power of bodywork. Today, he offers advanced therapeutic modalities like visceral manipulation and cranial sacral therapy, typically reserved for elite athletes, to everyday men in Michiana. His philosophy centers on restoration—creating space for healing through intentional touch and structural integration.

In our interview, Kevin shared:

  • Why men often hesitate to seek restorative care
  • How bodywork supports mental health and stress relief
  • The importance of preventative care and mentorship in the wellness field
