LeAnna is a somatic practitioner and former forensic nurse with a background spanning clinical care, nervous system regulation, and the science of how the body stores and responds to stress and overwhelm. Her work sits at the intersection of neuroscience, polyvagal theory, and breathwork, translating complex physiology into experiences that are accessible, grounding, and genuinely restorative. She has spent years studying not just the science of the nervous system, but living it, doing her own deep regulation work and bringing that embodied understanding into every session she facilitates.
Through her practice, The Aspasia Connection, LeAnna works with individuals who are ready to move out of survival mode and into a more spacious relationship with their own bodies. She has a particular gift for creating containers that feel safe enough for real rest, the kind most of us have forgotten how to find. She believes the breath is one of the most underestimated tools we carry and that learning it changes everything.
