Breathe to Understand. Breathe to Restore.
Your breath is always with you, and it knows more about your inner state than most of us have been taught to recognize. This workshop is an invitation to finally listen. We begin with grounded, accessible education: a clear and engaging exploration of how your nervous system works, why your body responds to stress and overwhelm the way it does, and what the science of breathwork reveals about the body’s innate capacity to heal and restore itself. This isn’t a lecture, it’s a conversation that helps you understand the system you’ve been living in your whole life.
The second part is pure experience. You’ll settle in, close your eyes, and be guided through a yin restorative breath session, held by intentional music, grounding aromatics, and gentle coaching that keeps you at ease from beginning to end. The education you just received is something that your body gets to feel.
Many participants leave with a new relationship to their own breath, and a quiet sense of coming home to themselves.
