The MIND BODY SPIRIT Festival is back for its fifth year, and you’re invited to come play, pause, and connect 🌿✨
Join us on Saturday, May 2nd at Potawatomi Park for a joyful day of togetherness, curiosity, and feel-good moments.

This festival is all about exploring what helps us feel our best—inside and out—while spending time with neighbors, friends, and new faces. Stretch it out with yoga, slow down with meditation, and pop into classes and workshops led by local practitioners who love sharing what they do. Wander through the park as live music fills the air, discover unique art and holistic goods from community vendors, and treat yourself to delicious offerings from organic and sustainable food makers.

We’re especially excited to honor World Labyrinth Day with a shared labyrinth walk—an invitation to move mindfully, reflect gently, and experience the power of walking together, even in quiet moments.

Whether you come solo, bring a friend, or meet someone new along the way, the MIND BODY SPIRIT Festival is a celebration of connection—between mind, body, spirit, and community. Come as you are, stay as long as you like, and leave feeling a little more grounded, a little more inspired, and a lot more connected. 💛

Mark your calendar and join us—we can’t wait to gather with you.
