Elkhart Tai Chi will be hosting Tai Chi in the park one Saturday a month at Henry Frank Park in Mishawaka.
The physical level of the class is moderate and it is open to all levels of Tai Chi practitioners and for those who have no experience. Movements can always be adjusted to your ability level.
