Seva Stress Release Part1: Self Care *
Learn acupressure points for stress release while working on yourself alone. This protocol was developed after 9/11 for use with rescue workers at Ground Zero and is now taught as a self care protocol. Note: This class is a pre-requisite for all other classes.
Seva Stress Release Part 2: For Others *
This class broadens the basic protocol taught in Part 1 to offer to others while seated or lying down. We will work in pairs for this class. This class is useful for caregivers, child care providers, health care workers, yoga teachers, hospice volunteers, social workers, school nurses and teachers.
Note: This class is a pre-requisite for all other modules in the Acupressure for Anyone series.
