Traditional yogic texts state that the hours between 4-7AM are the most conducive for yoga practice because the mind is still, and the rest of the world hasn’t yet sprung into action. There is a sense of peacefulness, and a stillness to access and connect with. Aside from starting your day with intention, you are also boosting your immune system, and are able to concentrate better. The self-love discipline of creating the structure and commitment to this early morning practice will induce better mental health, ward off seasonal depression, and enhance your metabolism. Not a morning person? Your biology would strongly disagree with you!
This class will be at 6AM Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, & Thursdays! We will promptly end at 7AM so that everyone can go conquer their day!
