Join us on Saturdays for Hot Yoga! Yogi Erin, will help develop and support a routine to meet your needs on Saturdays at 12:15 p.m. Hot yoga offers benefits like increased flexibility, improved cardiovascular health, calorie burning, and significant stress reduction, as the heat warms muscles for deeper stretches and promotes intense sweating for detoxification.
This class is open to all ability and experience levels. Mats are optional (please bring your own mat if you want to use one), and wear loose comfy clothes. Class will be held in our Cottage Classroom, warmed up to 90 degrees.
Garden access is included with registration, so feel free to walk the Gardens after class!
