oin us for the Free Yoga at Clay Park Summer Series led by Dena Woods of Healing Lab Yoga. These 45 minute classes offer gentle morning yoga out in nature to help you get a peaceful and mindful start to your weekend. All classes are appropriate for students of all levels and are free, though tips/donations are always welcome.
Classes take place on the following Saturday mornings, weather permitting, May through September:
May 14, May 28, June 4, June 11, July 9, July 23, August 13, August 27, September 10, and September 24.
