Join Thomas on Wednesday evenings for a guided meditation for each of the 7 chakras. Starting with the Root Chakra on Wednesday August 2nd @6:30PM. Each week we will be going on little adventures here and there so the location resonates with the chakra we’re focusing on that day. All within walking distance of the realm so be prepared to do some light travel. We will move up to the next chakra each week, ending at the Crown on Wednesday September 13th!
