Join us every Tuesday for group meditation. Each week will be facilitated by a different practitioner sharing their unique meditative approach to stilling the body and quieting the mind. The practice of meditation has been proven to offer physical as well as spiritual healing and, when shared in a group, extends that healing to community. This is an open group and no previous meditation experience is needed. Facilitators: Dr. Carrie Bjonback, Stacy Coar, and Mary Beth Schramlin.
