This full moon squares the nodes of the moon in Pisces and Virgo which call us into the harmonization of this nodal axis. Using the attention to details and the ability to improve our life in alignment with our spiritual values. From that place we can let go of the anxiety and look at where we are now, while surrendering to trust in ourselves and the Universe to guide us into our future. The Moon in Gemini wants to communicate something but we need to temper those words with tact and kindness. Maybe it’s better to use the information to navigate to your future vision instead of using harsh words that stir up more tension. Walking away from behaviors, people or situations that Mercury’s retrograde journey with Venus through Scorpio has brought up may create more for you. The withered fruit on the vine is not going to nourish you. Let the new vision that is illuminated by Sun in Sagittarius nourish the future you.
December 6th Mercury in Scorpio trine Jupiter in Cancer
Mercury is moving direct and coming back through this territory again for the third time, reflect on what is coming up for you and how that relates to situations or realizations that have come up since Mercury trined Jupiter on October 24th. What light has been shed on these emotional themes? What needs to be transformed? What needs to be communicated, again, with the purpose of healing not causing more emotional damage. Maybe the realization is gift enough and the action to take is to move on.
These realizations from this retrograde journey are still coming up to work through so you can move past them and see a better way forward. December 8th Mars in Sagittarius square Saturn in Pisces
Mars hits the boundaries of Saturn. Idealism may be hindering your progress. Stepping back and surrendering to the possibilities the Universe is presenting to you could move things forward. Don’t be stuck pushing against something you could change with a different perspective. You may feel like things are more difficult than they should be today. It’s a good day to take a time out and rest or meditate instead of trying to power forward.
December 15th Mars enters Capricorn
We can use Mars in Capricorn energy to get things done. Mars passion combined with the structure of Saturn will build something solid that can endure. Recommit to your spiritual practice, a health plan, business or other goals that you may have let slide. This energy can help you get grounded and apply the discipline needed to stick with it. Mars can also be a reckless energy that gets a Saturn reality check. Ethical actions and honesty go a long way here to build trust in business or with partners or community.
December 16th Mercury leaves post-retrograde shadow and moves onto new adventures in Sagittarius bringing in new ideas and conversations. You may find a new path of study you wish to pursue.
December 19th New Moon in Sagittarius at 28 degrees
The New Moon occurring in Sagittarius is calling us to meditate on our collective path forward. Sagittarius knows that there is a deeper meaning to life. Saturn and Neptune in Pisces are squaring this new moon, reminding us to dream in a new world in spiritual alignment and Truth. Uranus is revisiting Taurus, also at 28 degrees, literally bringing spirit into physical manifestation, merging heaven and Earth, science and spirituality.
Mercury squares the moon’s nodes also, at this time. Yet another repetitive theme about making life work for us through balancing human efforts and intervention and the reverence for Nature, knowing when we have turned intervention into damage. Knowing how to now intervene to work with Nature and regenerate the vitality of the Earth.
Mars in Capricorn is contributing the energy to build something with integrity that will endure well into the future.
3I/Atlas, our inter-galactic visitor will be closest to Earth on this day of the new moon. What exactly 3I/ Altas is, is unknown. We know it’s traveled here from some distant place in the Universe, bringing in energies that we have never known, new information from the far reaches of our Universe.
This New Moon is seeding something completely new, new possibilities for Earth and humanity. Meditate, walk in nature, sit with the Divine, ask for the vision, the clarity and the knowing.
December 21st Sun enters Capricorn / Winter Solstice
The longest night and the return of the light! Happy Solstice!
Maybe what was seeded in our hearts at the new moon will start speaking to us now as we move into the light.
