Marissa graduated from Yoga Teacher Training and became certified in Reiki in 2021! Marissa offers Reiki and teaches Yoga at The Realm. She teaches a traditional style Bikram HOT Yoga on Tuesdays.

“Hi friend, Meditative Marz here. My government name is Marissa. I have 3 black kitties at home (that I LOVE) so I guess you could call me a witch! I am an extremely old soul inside a young being. I run a very small personable house cleaning business during the day. I enjoy teaching & taking yoga classes in the evening. I love my family, my partner, my friends, music, and all things nature. I am a Yoga Alliance certified yoga teacher (not an instructor, a Teacher) and a certified Reiki Practitioner. A few other callings of mine would be dancing, painting, making jewelry and all kinds of other forms of creating! A few values I live by are compassion, loyalty, gratitude, honesty, and vulnerability.”
