Growing up as an only child in a challenging environment shaped my resilience and determination. At 17, I joined the military, serving with the Seabees in Iraq and Afghanistan. These experiences taught me leadership and the value of camaraderie, but also opened my eyes to the complexities and darker undercurrents of military service and how the world truly operates. This realization set me on a path of seeking truth and healing my mind.
Over the past decade, I’ve immersed myself in self-discovery and healing through practices like cold water submersion, extreme heat exposure, intense physical and mental yoga, deep meditation, and extensive fasting. I’ve delved into diverse studies, always sharing what I’ve learned with my community.
More recently, I’ve applied my skills in disaster zones, helping those in need during crises such as the earthquakes in Lebanon and Hurricane Helene. My journey is one of continuous evolution, humility, and service. I am committed to learning, growing, and offering a helping hand to those who cross my path. My life’s mission is to serve my community and pursue truth in all things.
I’ve found my home at The Collective in Benton Harbor with the amazing Adrienne White and our two little dogs, Penny and Joie. Swing by if you’re feeling adventurous!
