Holistic Health for the mind, body, and spirit. As a Holy FireIII® Karuna® Reiki Master Teacher I certify practitioners in Energy Therapy in an 18 month course. I recently began offering purposeful guided meditation sessions. For the body, I represent a 35 year old company called Reliv International (a food science company), for which I teach people how to properly consume the products that the company manufactures, and am an international trainer for the company. As an Energy Therapist, I help people reach higher levels of inner peace and to establish their inner rhythm to build resilience. For the mind, I teach my clients how to navigate their lives utilizing what I call the Universal Framework. This is the framework that every person, regardless of origin, background, faith, or any other categorization. Knowing the elements of this framework, allows us to easily proceed through challenges.
