Sarah Miller is a Yoga Alliance member and registered yoga instructor. She completed her 200 hour training at Misty Love’s Inhale Exhale school of yoga in 2018. Available for private and public yoga classes.

She has also received her Reiki Master certificate from Tina-Marie Ronan in 2019. Our Reiki lineage goes back to Tina Zion.

Sarah also holds certificate from the India school of business for completing the course “A life of happiness and fulfillment,” a research-based course that teaches scientific ways to capture and maintain a happy and fulfilling lifestyle.

Sarah loves spending time with her family, collecting crystals and learning everything about essential oils.
