Dena Woods is a certified Hatha yoga facilitator, certified restorative yoga facilitator, certified meditation and mindfulness facilitator, and a licensed massage therapist. She has been working in the wellness industry and with individual clients since 2015. Her classes offer functional Hatha asana deeply rooted in anatomy and physiology and her years of experience treating pain patterns. Dena customizes her classes to facilitate the mind/body connection, support anatomical mobility, and honoring yogic philosophy.
