Holistic stress relief is drug free and extremely effective. We believe that everyone deserves access to holistic stress relief. We primarily offer an energy therapy called Reiki and also teach emotional resilience individually and weekly at the public library downtown South Bend.
We teach Reiki and offer Holy Fire Reiki Certification with the Plexus Method™, as well as Holy Fire Reiki Master/Teacher and Holy Fire Karuna Reiki Master/Teacher Certification. Tuition runs between $410 and $1025 per course depending upon the level of training.
We teach people how to move out of SURVIVING and into THRIVING. Our purpose is to uplift humanity through holistic means. We dream of having a stand alone building in Spring 2019 to offer many more holistic services.

Why stress relief is so effective. When we experience stress, and it matters not what kind, our bodies go into the flight or fight response. Most of us live in that stressed out state much more than we experience joy or calm or even gratefulness. The best analogy I can think of is a school going on lock-down due to an intruder. The books are in the room but probably not a lot of content absorption going on while the school is on lock down. Our body’s parasympathetic nervous system governs our immune system, digestive system, respiratory system and many other goodies. While in fight or flight, we go into survival mode. Our bodies do just enough to survive, not thrive.
Once your are able to think again, you might want to take another step and explore our emotional resilience workshops. Many say you have to have a big enough “WHY” to accomplish big changes. Emotional Resilience work helps you find your why by wading through the mountains of blockages you might have arranged around yourself and take them away one block at a time.
Knowing how to navigate your journey brings a new level of confidence to your life. All of your emotions make sense, life becomes a joy, even the challenges are viewed as a good thing.
We love to show up with our tent at events and give free Reiki sessions! We also offer Holy Fire Reiki certification courses. Holy Fire is the latest evolution of Reiki. The energy no longer travels through the Reiki Master but straight to the recipient. The results have been fantastic in comparison.
