Do you experience tightness, pain in your pelvis ,pain during sex ?Do you experience urinary urgency and/or urinary incontinance , irritable bowel syndrome ? Have you experienced trauma ,emotional or physical ? Had a pregnancy, child birth? Hip , lower back pain ?
You don’t have to have experienced any of the above . Maybe you are just curious what the importance of a healthy pelvic floor is all about? Awareness of what is going on with our body is so important.
What does YOGA have to do with all this ? Come and find out:)You don’t have to have any yoga experience for this work shop.
What to expect:
-Introduction & Lecture
-Learn how to locate, stretch and strengthen the pelvic floor muscles
-Simple movements to bring awareness to the pelvic floor
-Learn about proper alignment in our everyday life and in yoga poses
-Sequence of poses to strengthen & stretch the pelvic floor
-Time for discussion
-Plenty of breaks…no worries
-Handout to take home
-Just wear comfortable clothing
-we will be seated on the floor but chairs are available for your comfort
-No Yoga experience necessary
