Conscious Vinyasa Yoga for the first hour in the gardens (weather permitting). Second hour includes a “forest bath” as we stroll down to the platform by the river for Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep), guided through the ‘five layers of self’ (Pancha Maya Kosha).
