A Mindful Place, LLC and Lakeside Lavender & Herbs invite you to “The Magic of Sound & Color” at Lakeside Lavender’s Loft. Inside, enjoy the calming resonance of crystal & Tibetan bowls, chimes and more, surrounded by the outdoor colors of the beautiful tree line, visible through the loft windows. The Sound Bath will support your self-care and nourish your well-being. Autumn provides an opportunity to let go of what no longer serves you and inhale the energy needed for winter’s rest, in preparation for what’s to come in the new year.

Bring blankets, pillows, yoga mats, eye masks, and anything to make you feel comfortable during the sound bath. Some mats and chairs will be available. Feel free to bring crystals or small treasures that resonate with you on this day. Water bottles are welcome in the loft.
