TWO DAY EVENT 2-6 SATURDAY & SUNDAY
The Art of Flowing is for those who have graduated 200 hour yoga teacher training looking for Continuing Ed classes, participating in a yoga teacher training or is an experienced practitioner. This eight hour course is eligible for 15 hours of continuing Ed. With Yoga Alliance. 8 contact hours and 7 non-contact hours, that means you will have homework 
This is for those who want to learn a deeper understanding on how to flow, why we flow, how to connect to your breath, how energy moves when you synchronize your breath and build a better relationship with your self.

Vinyasa style yoga really called out to her. As a dancer, yoga movement came natural. She had the opportunity to train 40 hours with Seane Corn in Chicago at the Moksha Yoga center. This had a big impact on her teaching. Learning to flow correctly can change our practice and life. There are so many amazing benefits to moving. There’s also many benefits to being still. But you can’t fully be still without the movement.
