You are invited to a truly unique, deeply nourishing experience as two sound bath practitioners come together for the first time at A Mindful Place to create a powerful, immersive journey of sound, vibration, and healing. This unique event features a rich blend of crystal singing bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, chimes, gong, and other vibrational instruments, playing in harmony to bathe your entire being in soothing, restorative frequencies.
CURIOUS ABOUT A SOUND BATH?A Sound Bath is a meditative experience when vibrational sounds guide your body and mind into a deep state of relaxation. As you rest comfortably, sound waves gently move around, and through you ~ helping to quiet the nervous system, release stored tension, and bring your energy back to a place of balance. After a sound bath people report feeling a deep meditative state, or restorative sleep, leaving refreshed, lighter, and more centered.
Prior to the start of the sound bath, we’ll share how sound healing supports your wellness as well as offer tips to gain the most benefit from your experience.
This is not just a sound bath it is a special event you do not want to miss ~ a rare collaboration of two healing practitioners amplifying the energetic field and creating a multidimensional soundscape you won’t experience anywhere else.
