Seeds of Renewal is a 3.5 hour inner healing and emotional release experience that will be cultivated by the medicine of cacao, the power of breath, and the body’s call to move. Unearth new intentions and open up your heart while we welcome the renewal of spring, surrounded by the beauty of the plant life within the conservatory.

What you can expect:

– Melt away layers of anxiety and stress and reconnect to your intuitive nature with the heart opening medicine, Cacao.

– Connect your heart and mind through a guided breath journey, allowing yourself to identify and release stagnant emotions, feel at a deeper level, and experience alignment at a higher level.

– Play through conscious dance to embody your child-like wonder. This is a space to integrate your heart’s wisdom and listen to the messages that bubble to the surface wanting to be heard.

Our Facilitators:

Jamila Blue, has been facilitating mindful movement practices in the community since 2013. She creates a safe container to move freely without judgment, while mixing a musical journey of global beats that will keep you moving.

Eve is a trauma-informed breathwork facilitator and somatic release practitioner. She is passionate about providing a safe journey for those she breathes. She loves guiding her clients to unlock the healing power of their own breath. She has been immersed in breathwork for 3+years and has an excellent grasp on where science and spirituality collide to make breathwork nourishing.

Boston is a shamanic healer, Reiki teacher & a ceremonial facilitator. She has spent 10+ years as a healer and coach, and 2.5 years training + working with the Master plant teacher, Cacao. It is her passion to help you feel good from the inside out so that you can heal, grow & evolve into your most confident self, and become a vibrational match to the life you seek.

Ceremony details:

– When? April 8th at 5:00PM-8:30PM EST (Please arrive by 4:45 to allow time to get settled before we begin)

– Where? Potawatomi Conservatory: 2105 E Mishawaka Ave, South Bend, IN 46615

– What to bring: mug, water, an open mind & eager heart.

(OPTIONAL: a gift for the Altar. Not required, but highly encouraged Gifts for the altar can be flowers, sage, crystals, pinecones you find on the ground, or anything that calls to you. It is tradition in ceremony to bring an offering to the Altar to give back to the Divine for the blessings that we ask to receive.)

– A place to sit + 100% Fair Trade Ceremonial Cacao will be provided for you!
