Moon Milk Eclectic is joining Krohr Reiki and Yoga for Reiki and Restorative Yoga with Sound Healing! Join us Saturday April 29th at 6pm for this 2-hour event. We will begin with essential oils, intentionally chosen to support each Chakra, and move into a restorative yoga practice. Crystal singing bowls played by Moon Milk Eclectic, Jennifer Niykos-Corsiatto, will guide us into deep relaxation, while Reiki energy flows, and Kristi guides asanas bringing balance to the physical, emotional, and energetic bodies. We will end our evening with Oracle cards and journaling, while sipping Herbal Tea.
