A peace pole was planted at Sacred Waters with eight languages making the statement LET PEACE PREVAIL ON EARTH. The Peace Pole Project was started in Japan by Masahisa Goi, who dedicated his life to spreading this message. Mr. Goi was greatly affected by the destruction caused by World War II and the atomic bombs which fell on the city of Hiroshima and Nagasaki. The Project was first launched in the United States in 1986. This is a key theme of Sacred Waters mission.
