Come celebrate Summer Solstice in the lavender garden, under the setting sun, during our Tandem Sound Bath Experience.
Summer Solstice, the day the sun reaches the highest point in the sky, giving the Northern Hemisphere the longest day of the year. This day reminds us to turn inward and find the nourishment needed to grow and evolve. It is a time to pause and wait for the energy planted in spring to reach full bloom, a time of patience. Summer offers hope and becomes a time to work on ourselves, and our ability to be light and find meaning in our journey. In honoring this day of light, we energetically set in motion a period of awakening in our consciousness.
CURIOUS ABOUT A SOUND BATH? A sound bath is typically a group experience where the facilitator creates a shared space for meditation/prayer/intention setting, using instruments like crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and more to build a continuous immersive soundscape. As you rest comfortably, sound waves gently move around, and through you ~ helping to quiet the nervous system, release stored tension, and bring your energy back to a place of balance.A Tandem Sound Bath is a collaboration of two practitioners amplifying the energetic field and creating a multidimensional soundscape you won’t experience anywhere else.
WHAT TO BRING: Blanket, pillow, yoga mat, eye mask, small lawn chair…. anything to make you comfortable during the sound bath. Some mats will be available. Since this is an outdoor event, we also recommend you bring a small flashlight to use after the sound bath for the walk to your vehicle.
