Iron Yoga introduces light weights to your yoga flow, allowing you to experiment with strength training and traditional yoga poses. This non-heated class adds resistance to familiar postures moving through a Power/Vinyasa style, Iron Yoga enhances endurance, sculpts lean muscle, and deepens body awareness—all while maintaining the calming, meditative flow of yoga. It’s ideal for anyone looking to boost strength, flexibility, and focus in one empowering workout. This flow will be practiced in the Main Yoga space and weights will be provided.
