In this workshop, we’ll look at how to both prevent and recover from persistent pain and develop an understanding of how to move with freedom and ease. Through a Holistic perspective, we’ll explore the many factors that contribute to such symptoms, while putting the ability to feel good back in your own hands.
This workshop is for anyone who:
-Struggles with joint, back, neck pain, etc.
-Wants to get off expensive and toxic pain medications
-Has tried “everything” but has not found relief
-Wants to understand and get to the root of their symptoms
-Wants to enjoy life but their pain is holding them back
-Is fed up with going in circles with mainstream approaches and not finding results
-Wants to gain control of their own health and well-being
Nicholas Brabhan is a licensed Holistic Lifestyle Coach and Rehabilitation Specialist trained by the CHEK Institute. His mission is to help guide people in overcoming persistent pain, illness, and mental/emotional challenges while becoming self empowered in living their optimal state of health and well-being.
