In 2024 we are ditching the phrase, “New Year, new me”… Instead we will embrace the mantra, “New Year, MORE ME.” It is time to let your inner light glow. This event will be 90 minutes of blacklight fun. We will begin the class with glow sticks, glow-in-the-dark body paint, card pulls and journaling. Bringing that beautiful light into our glow-in-the-dark vinyasa flow with an energetic playlist, guaranteed to get you dancing. Ending the night with a sound bath and guided meditation.

• College ruled paper for journaling
• (Feel free to bring your own personal journal)

Enhance your glow by wearing colors that work best, EXAMPLE: bright colors, neons and patterns.
Synthetic materials like nylon and polyester are more likely to glow than Cotton and natural fibers.
