Fire yoga is a heated class! Heating the class up to 90 degrees is a great way to detox and sweat out toxins that accumulate in our bodies from stress, unhealthy foods and other yucky things we may come in contact with on a daily basis! We will move through a vinyasa practice and end in svasana with some cold wet clothes on our forehead! This class will only be on Wednesdays for the month of November! Glenn will return from his travels in December and Yin Yoga will return to Wednesday nights. So take advantage of this fun practice!
