Ever try to meditate and that monkey mind just won’t quiet down? Tried to practice mindfulness but having trouble getting your brain to take that vacation with you? This class is for you! Using the drum as a meditation tool, we will learn elemental djembe skills as well as meditation and healing techniques. Designed to help you develop the subtle energy awareness of vibrational healing using specific ancient drumming patterns to more deeply synchronize and integrate your connection with the creative Divine Source. $90
