This class weaves together the meditative practice of Yin Yoga, the gentle energetic support of Reiki, and the vibrational resonance of sound healing instruments such as crystal bowls, chimes, and gentle gongs. As you settle into long-held, floor-based postures, Reiki is offered to promote energetic balance, while sound frequencies wash over you—inviting deep relaxation and emotional release.
All levels are welcome. No prior experience with yoga, Reiki, or sound healing is needed—just come as you are, and allow the echoes of your soul to rise to the surface.
