These Drumming Journeys are inspired by shamanic traditions of imagination, animal medicine, and drumming. After a light ceremonial opening, we will set basic yogic poses for comfort and body awareness. Through guided mediation, story telling, and drumming, participants will be encouraged to mindfully approach their challenges, goals, and to set intentions, possibly relieving physical discomfort caused by spiritual imbalance. Power objects, personal totems / ornaments, crystals, etc. are encouraged!
