Asana Lila is BACK!!!!!!
– But we are moving it to Wednesday evenings at 6pm!

Everyone loved this fun class of exploring new poses so much that we have decided to bring it back!

Asana is a sanskrit word that means “seat or posture” and Lila is a sanskrit word that means “divine play”.

Join Bethany in exploring over 2,000 different yoga poses. If you are interested in having fun while learning new yoga postures, this class is for you!
Cost is $20 or included with membership!
