Throughout 2024, stress, anxiety and overwhelm among a broad spectrum of our populace has been increasing. I know of almost nobody who has avoided it. If even a few of us can maintain our internal peace, kindness and balance we can exert a profound, positive impact on our community. This is the affirmed purpose for our gathering.

This 60-minute meditation program that has three parts:
• The singing of tones created over two decades ago and sung world- wide. These tones have proven helpful in creating greater conscious awareness for those toning and for the community at large. The tones are easy to learn, but you can just listen to them if you choose. (20 minutes)
• A letting go/gratitude exercise popularized by Dr. Joe Dispenza that has proven beneficial to physical, emotional and spiritual well-being. (15 minutes)
• A silent meditation bringing our attention to our heart, creating peace and balance within, and allowing for a sharing of well-being among those in our group, and in our community. (15 minutes)
Whether we have five, ten or fifty people attend, this will be a success.
