Bring a yoga mat or comfortable blanket for relaxing while listening to soothing sound waves through the use of various instruments including crystal singing bowls, drums, tuning forks and chimes.  After the session, participants are welcome to go on a nature walk of the farm.   Session is approximately 45 minutes.  Reservation Required.  Please email elysechilton@gmail.com to book your spot.
