On March 2nd, Join us for a morning of FIRE (hot) yoga and ice baths to help you relax, rejuvenate, and boost your immune system.

Cost:
* The cost of the event is $45 per person. This includes a FIRE yoga class starting at 8 AM, followed by an ICE bath between 9-10 AM
