Free Community Sound Bath — Cancer Services West

Settle into a chair or onto a yoga mat and let gentle tones from singing bowls, chimes, and other soothing instruments wash over you. This guided sound bath is designed to support the nervous system—many participants report feeling calmer, sleeping better, and experiencing less discomfort afterward.

Who it’s for: Clients, survivors, and caregivers—any folks coping with cancer.
Cost: No-cost
What to bring: We’ve got Yoga Mats, chairs and blankets, but if you’d like to bring a small pillow or anything else to help make your experience more comfortable. Wear comfortable layers.

Accessibility: Seated and lying-down options are available.
