This 4 week series consist of the following curriculum:
Week 1 (Aug.4th) – Purification through Mantras & Chanting
The sadhaka (student) will be given the mantra and it’s meaning. This powerful mantra will be chanted for 45 mins with a five minute silent meditation and group discussion at the end.
Week 2 (Aug.11th) – Purification through Breathwork & Meditation
The sadhaka will be taught a specific breathwork and meditation technique.
Week 3 (Aug.18th) – Purification through Japa Meditation
The sadhaka will be taught Japa Meditation. Student must bring their own mala beads with them.
Week 4 (Aug.25th) – Purification through Mudras
The sadhaka will be taught one mudra to start incorporating in their sadhana (daily practice). We will then yoke together the purification series and how it can be utilized in your sadhana as puja (or ritual) to pay respects to the Divine Mother.
These ancient practices have a tremendous effect on your energy and hold the power to create change in your life!
This series will be held on Friday evenings at 6PM in August and will be led by Laika Earthkeeper ERYT500. Cost is $20 per class or FREE for our Realm Members.
