Join Yogi Boothe as he guides you through a Beginner-Friendly Yin Yoga practice in Nature!
This summer series class will be held every Wednesday through June, July, and August @7PM. If it rains, the class will simply be held inside the studio.
Each week we will meet at the studio to check in and then walk down to the river together. This class is so great for the Mind, Body & Spirit!
