Mindful Movement and Body Awareness as inspired by the amazing teachers I have had. They include a considerable chunk of Doug Keller work, Sheri Bontrager, Angela Nisley, Donna Farhi, Christina Sell, Sarah and Ty Powers, Paul and Suzee Grilley, Melissa Christensen, Gabriel Halpren, Kim Sellers and many others. Learn techniques in how to protect your back and engage your core more during your practice. Learn how alternate sequences of muscle activation can help you deepen your asana and give you a greater understanding as to how your body functions. There are a lot of “oh wow” moments in this class as we take a journey to greater body awareness. I look forward to sharing this journey with you!
