12:00 | The Art of Rest and Regulation: Creating Felt Safety Through the Nervous System

This gentle and experiential workshop explores how the nervous system creates a sense of safety and how that safety allows the body to access real rest. Guided by Devina King, autistic pediatric OT, author, and neurodiversity‑affirming educator, participants will learn simple sensory and somatic practices that support calm, grounding, and regulation. Through guided exploration, movement and stillness options, and a brief co‑regulation experience, you will discover what helps your own body feel “safe enough” to settle. This session offers practical tools, supportive community, and a deeper understanding of how rest and regulation work together.

2:00 | Art for Emotional Release

Art is a powerful tool for healing and communicating. Both those who make and those who view art can feel a shift in emotional energy. Those who make art however can deepen the effect and move further into healing by getting out of our heads and allowing intuition to lead the creative process. Bilateral and sweeping body movements enhance the experience by allowing stuck emotions to move out of the body into the external world  – bringing a sense of calm and relief.
