Michiana Acro Yoga
12:30 pm | Acro Yoga Jam
Acro Yoga is a partner-based physical activity that brings together yoga and acrobatics. This is an all ages no experience or parter needed free flow space where we would go over balance, stability, and breath as well as safety tips and some basic acro yoga skills. Once we have gone over the basics, we will have an opportunity to play and explore new skills together. The intention of this community is to create a space to learn new things, have fun, and release our inner child, all while being present in our bodies and having a good time.
Blankets or yoga mats are recommended but not required – some will be provided.
(children must have an adult present)
