This 16 step acupressure protocol was developed after 9/11 to address stress, shock and trauma in rescue workers at Ground Zero. Seva is Sanskrit for “compassionate service”.

During this workshop, participants will learn a brief history of acupressure, use a unique touch method, locate acupressure points and practice how to use this protocol for self-care.
