We are thrilled to continue our Kids Mindful Yoga in April with each week being a different theme.Mindful yoga for kids is a practice that combines mindfulness with movement to help children develop self-awareness, self-regulation, and a positive mindset. Mindful yoga encourages children to connect to the present moment with curiosity and an open heart and creates harmony between the body and mind. This practice will include asanas (poses), pranayama (breath), music, games, and other creative activities to leave young yogis feeling connected, refreshed and joyful.

Ages 5-12 years old. One quick note, when registering your child, please put in their name and not the parents. Even if that means setting up a new account because we want to make sure we can track who the children are for safety purposes.
