We are headed into cold and flu season, not to mention COVID cases are on the rise again. Join me for a 2 week workshop to learn how healthy eating habits can help build your immune system and give you a better chance of fighting off those nasty viruses. I will guide you in building a solid foundation on what are some basic do’s and don’ts when it comes to what helps your body flight off what might cross your path in the upcoming months. I will also share some of my favorite methods to help the body detox.
This workshop will include:
• Weekly 1 1/2 hour in-person group meetings (Thursday October 14th and 21st from 6pm-7:30pm)
• How to build your immune system with food
• Food suggestions, meal ideas, and recipes
• Tips and tricks for creating healthy habits
• My favorite Detox methods
• Additional methods to aid your personal health goals
Our bodies have the ability to heal in even the most trying and toxic of situations, just think of its capabilities if we give it what it truly needs to thrive. This workshop will guide you through how to feed your body to support your immunes system.
