WANT TO GIVE TAI CHI A TRY? THIS 8-WEEK WORKSHOP IS PERFECT FOR THOSE LOOKING TO IMPROVE THEIR FLEXIBILITY AND BALANCE. EIGHT 45-MINUTE SESSIONS INCLUDE QIGONG, MEDITATION, CALISTHENICS, AND STRETCHING.
EACH WEEK WE WILL LEARN A DIFFERENT SET OF AUTHENTIC TAI CHI POSTURES, WHICH WE WILL CHAIN TOGETHER TO CREATE A MEDITATIVE FLOW OF MOVEMENT.
